To be most effective, Transitions Optical wanted to put its resources in the hands of those who are in the best position to make a difference and help enable the supply of proper eye care where the greatest impact can be felt.
The Transitions® Healthy Sight for Life Fund offers financial support for global and national charities through annual grants, and for professionals on a regional level through select local community grants.
Annual Charity Grants are substantial yearly grants to qualified global or regional charitable organizations.
Local Community Grants are select, one-time grants to benefit local community charities and volunteer efforts.
Charities and associations are awarded grants for efforts that support the mission of the Transitions Healthy Sight for Life Fund - to help preserve Healthy Sight for a lifetime. To receive a grant through the Transitions Healthy Sight for Life Fund, professionals and charity organizations must submit a Grant Request Proposal.
